We are pleased to announce access to an additional method of paying your HOA dues. On-line HOA payment is now available to our Homeowners through First Bank’s website. All you need is a checking account or a savings account from which to make your payments. It takes a full business day for the payment to post to your Homeowner's account.

You get started by logging onto the First Bank website at www.fbol.com.
You will need a payment coupon or a statement handy in order to enter the requested information for signing up and a check handy for completing the payment portion.

Select HOA Online Pay under the Register section on the left hand side of the web page.

You will be guided through the process by clicking on the links to display examples.
